These Terms of Purchase (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of products and services offered through YourInnerGrowth.com (“Site”), operated by CUSTLINK LTD, Karava 12, 8015 Paphos, Cyprus. By purchasing from this Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Personal Use

Purchases are available only to individuals who are:

  • At least 18 years of age

  • Purchasing for personal, non-commercial use only

You may not resell or share content or services provided through YourInnerGrowth without express written permission.

2. Services Provided

YourInnerGrowth offers the following services:

  • Virtual retreats (live, scheduled)

  • Group meditation sessions

  • 1:1 live transformational sessions (subscription-based)

  • Other time-based digital services

All services are delivered on scheduled dates and are not available for download unless explicitly stated.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are in USD and inclusive of applicable taxes

  • Accepted payment methods: Stripe, PayPal, bank transfer, and credit/debit cards

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party platforms. No payment data is stored on our servers.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing details and authorize us to charge your payment method as specified at checkout.

4. Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription-based service (e.g., recurring 1:1 sessions):

  • You will be billed automatically at the interval stated during checkout (monthly, quarterly, etc.)

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds are issued once a charge has been processed

Please manage cancellations before your next billing date to avoid charges.

5. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated:

  • All purchases are final. No refunds will be issued.

  • Refunds are not provided for missed sessions, change of mind, or scheduling conflicts

We encourage you to read all program details and reach out with questions before purchasing.

6. Session Rescheduling

You may reschedule 1:1 sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice by contacting us at info@yourinnergrowth.com.
Sessions missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited.

7. Disclaimers

By purchasing and using our services, you acknowledge:

  • Services are not medical or psychological advice

  • They are not a substitute for professional healthcare or therapy

  • We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes due to the personal and transformative nature of the work

You assume full responsibility for your own well-being and results.

8. Right to Refuse Service

We strive to create a safe and respectful environment. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service to any client at any time in the event of:

  • Harassment, abuse, or disrespectful behavior

  • Misuse of materials or services

  • Breach of these Terms

No refunds will be provided in such cases.

9. Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided are the intellectual property of YourInnerGrowth and are for your personal use only. You may not copy, share, resell, distribute, or modify any materials without express written consent.

10. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of Cyprus.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified to you via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
